This app does what is expected

Well made exercises. Trainer clothes are full black, sometimes hard to see the exact motion, e.g. Left or right leg. More appropriate colour would be better. Striped or two colour.

need some improvements, otherwise a good one

like:
- many exercises well demonstrated by video how to execute
- can build my own combination
- flexible: can run the series by different ways (tabata, hiit, normal, reps)

need improvements:
- once complete an exercise it is annoying it asks if I want to save the results or not. It should be a generic setting by app menu, since a lot of people use fitness bracelet, which calculates the used kcal better than this app so would save that data into other health apps like apple health. so would like generic settings save always and never.
- voice announcments are great for start exercise and for rest, and great that the forthcoming and current exercise video is shown, but why not announce by voice as well? like start burple... start pushups. much more convenient when work on the floor and smartphone is on the table
- it is a serious training app, so why not provide some basic information for training about the heaviness ans series numbers for different training goals?
- really would like the app to provide a separate section for warmup. a few like 10 mins without rest with various exercises, a non repeating section. then comes the repeting/series exercise section.
- if have a warmup section why not have a cool down section as well?
yes, theoretically can build separate trainings for warmup and cooldown, but the usable exercises for this is quite limited, so, please develop a more suitable way as said above
Thank you!
