T-Rate（トレイト）は、お客様がいつでもどこでも、気軽にトラスコに相談できたり、知りたい情報を入手できることをコンセプトに作られたアプリです。
※当社と直接お取引のある販売店様限定のアプリです。アプリのログインにはトラスコ オレンジブック.Comへの登録が必要です。
①チャット機能
T-Rate（トレイト）では、お客様とトラスコ担当者とのチャットルームが自動的に用意されます。
連絡先を調べることなく、手間をかけずにトラスコ担当者へ相談いただくことができます。テキストメッセージのほか、画像の送信も可能です。
②配送状況確認機能
トラスコからの商品の配送状況をアプリでご確認することができます。
（到着予想時間、積荷情報、お届け完了時刻など）
※路線便は対象外となります。
③タイムライン機能
全国のトラスコから配信される情報を、画像や動画と共に確認する事ができます。
