Tacticool: 5v5 shooting games 17+

Dear improvers!
Since the last update i have played 5-6 times. After a battle the game suddenly shut down. I cant open it now. It shuts down after the tacticool “creation Adam” intro picture. Please help me! I have an iPhone SE, iOS 13.1.3

The concept is great, but the way it tries to push you spending your money on the game is disgusting. Matchmaking lets you play a few rounds with players similar to your level, but after few wins, you keep running into players with extremely powerful characters. For e.g. lvl6 rare vs lvl10 epic. This is more than unbalanced. I spent a few money on basic stuff, I love to support developers who make great products, but the way it tries to force you to pay is more like a robbery. Paying 100 eur to get an epic character is not a valuable offer. Come on guys, this is a price of an AAA title. A developer replied to a same comment that they do not offer anything which can’t be achieved with grinding too. Sure, if the game would be fair and allow you to play against players with the same level of characters. So, basically this is a good game, but it can turn to an annoying piece of crap very fast.

You're given one rare operator at the very beginning of the game what gives you a huge advantage in any match. You just need to upgrade it and get powerful weapons which can be bought by silver. It is the game when you need to grind as it is not so interesting to get everything in one day. We hope that it's clear about pay2win.

This is a very nice game with good concept and quality, completely ruined by the greed of its developers.
The great fun quickly turns into pure frustration after lvl15, where it becomes impossible to play against people who didn't mind sinking a lot of money into the game. Imagine playing against cheaters who have a lot more HP and damage, it'll make you hate the game quickly. If you're not willing to pay a lot to even have a decent chance, I strongly advise you to avoid this game.
I would absolutely pay up front for the download if it wasn't pay2win, they still could make a lot of money on skins and other extras while keeping the chances even.

Hello, Span1fer! Thank you for your feedback. We do not sell anything unique. All the weapons you can purchase with silver. It just requires some time to grind! We will have a think of creating more awards or increasing the current ones in order to obtain weapons easily.
What problems with the balance do you face? Apart from the weapons and operators, game utilizes realistic physics and has vehicles. So, it does not matter, which weapon do you have, as you can get behind the wheel and run over your opponents or plant mines and use grenades to blow up the debris and kill enemies with it. Also, there are stationary machine guns on the maps and cars, so you can use them, if you feel, that your gear is not the best. Tactics and team play also win over the gear, as right tactics, coordinated team action and the knowledge of the maps may ensure victory over the stronger opponent.
