Was good before connecting to Garmin...
Was a hell to login and see my data after Garmin and Tacx account linked, sometimes video lags - luckily at least only the video - even if not using in fullHD, and now last time it does not show my saved ride at all, neither in tacx nor in Garmin, it seems lost completely??? Sometimes has to restart the activity as it does not show track data, only the video. (Ipad 8th)
Without these annoying issues it would be a great app by the way....
Also, once Garmin and Tacx has been linked would be nice to see there is no double data synch - eg when a Tacx ride is also recorded with a Garmin device in the same time. But today I would have been happy even with a single successful data saved :(

Uncorrect performance monitoring
When I stop pedalling, the app measures infinite performance. That’s why the reszlt of the training in the app is incorrect. This problem is in the application since 2015.

Can not calibrate anymore
I used the app and the tacx trainer for a while, and then maybe because of the latest updates i can not calibrate it anymore. It only says: “Something went wrong during calibration”. It does not matter what i do, still not working… I have the latest version of the app , the ios version is also the latest, and the firmware is also up to date.
The help portal did not help either..
Any idea what could have gone wrong?
