Time set up
I miss from the app, the time set up. For example: if i need a ride to the airport next morning..., i cant set up the time, only just right now. Would be great to have that function!
Drivers keep cancelling
Imagine: what would you do if in a restaurant after taking your order the waiter cancelled it after a few minutes without any explicit reason with you have no option to even say anything?
After it became Bolt, it appears that drivers have the option to cancel an order after already having made customers wait a few minutes. And the app does NOT let you rate those drives. Saturday I wanted a lift from the 1st district Budapest (Castle) to the 7th disctrict Budapest (Erzsebet krt) midnight, and I got cancelled 3 times in a row after waiting 2-3 mins for each. What a disappointment! I decided to go with another service. Yes, drivers are not slaves, they have their rights, but customers should be first. Why do they have their algorithms to automatically find a driver for the customer and a customer for the driver, when the drivers can actually overwrite the process manually as the fancy takes them. I’ve never experienced anything as counterproductive as Bolt is before. Change the rules, or you’ll loose more customers.
Incorrect time calculation
I am using this app frequently. But what pisses me off most of the time driver arrives much more later than shown time in the app. Difference is ridiculous. Like app shows 1 minute, I order it by considering time and driver arrives after 10-15 minutes. Not because of bad traffic, because he was going in different direction. Please, consider directions of roads as well when calculating arrival time and consider that people choose to use taxi mostly when they are late to use public transportation. If it is 10-15 minutes, please show it like this, so I can calculate it right and order it much before arriving pick up location.
