Sign up error
Unable to sign up after the update. Always give the error message of “incorrect format” however there is no indication about what the format should be. Hope this can be fixed soon
Customer Service
I have a question on one of the workout programs. More than a month has passed since I sent my first e-mail about the question. I keep on getting the system generated answers with ticket IDs. I expect quicker response as I pay for this service. It’s unacceptable and disrespectful.
The workout is great. I enjoy it and the application works well. That’s why I don’t give a one star
