The idea is good but the app doesn't feel ready

When placing an order, app has a 20 minute countdown which already is too long, but they never even start making the drink. I had to then stand in line and show them the app, then they started to make the drink.. So what was the point in using the app? Would have got my drink sooner if I just paid at the counter.

Additionally: selecting food items and ordering from the app, only to then find out that the selected items are out of stock in the store. Why isn't this reflected in the app? Then we have a confusion in the store how to proceed..
