My go-to app for training

I was struggling to purchase the full version. However, it was worth it. If you need a tool to precisely monitor your training activities and special challenges, it could support your planning very well. It helps to detect the first signs of overtraining to avoid possible injuries, and it also helps to fine-tune your trading plans. I did not use the built-in trading plans or other plans for sale. I do my trading plans, and it serves my goals perfectly as a non-professional climber and trail runner. Weekly training load 8-12 hours.

Apple watch please!

This app would be so cool, if my watch could manage my training as the Garmin watches. I dowlanded several apps while i was looking for this function, but i have not found any yet. Now i have to remember all the parameters of my training, interval times, heart rate zone, etc. Its so difficult to focus on everything during my training. Could you find a solution for my problem?
