Your subscription will automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

Lost all my videos on the app

With the last update, everything i had on the app just disappeared. In addition, i could not restore my purchase! Please fix this and restore access to the videos if they haven’t been deleted for good
