I have completely renewed my wardrobe ever since I started using this app… I have experienced no problems so far… I must say it is kind of addictive… I have sold a few clothes of my own as well! it really works as they say it does… Very simple quick and efficient. sending and receiving items have never been easier now with mailbox services…No papers to print or addresses to write it is all automatized! get it you will not be disappointed

I listed an item while ago, then I didn’t use the app for couple of months. When I decided to use again, decided to change the price of previous item and then upload new posts, but I got blocked and got accused for forgery.
Tried to contact customer service through email and asked for the reason, they replied my item is fake which is not since I bought it many years ago from official shop. I even posted the logos and tags. They asked for receipts which I can’t provide after many years past. Asked for a solution and got no answers.
So decided to make another account and forget about that one item and sell rest of my stuffs, but again under a day got banned due to violating their terms and conditions by having multiple accounts! I tried to contact them again, wrote them about what’s the issue to somehow solve it and be able to use the app, but they didn’t even respond.

Not only it’s not fair but it doesn’t worth the trouble and the waste of time waiting for them to reply. It’s suppose to make selling/buying easier, not adding more problems.

I got banned for no reason. My refund is cancelled because my account was blocked and I have 4 on-going purchases.

I have no idea why my account is banned. I uploaded 2 shoes and few clothes to sell which I am no longer using. They accused one of my listings (idk which one) is fake, which is not true as I bought all of them from official stores, besides let’s assume one of them was fake you cannot entirely be sure from picture or you cannot ban the person forever if the person was scammed as well.

If there was a problem, i’d rather being contacted and ask about th further confirmation by the organization, if there was an issue about the post they would warn the user and inform about the problem.

I find this so unfair, because I really like the app and I was an active user, I do not deserve this attitude towards me, especially when I have even no idea which listing had the problem and what is the exact problem.

For my on-going purchases, if I’ll not receive them because of blockage and if I do not get my money or equivalant of my money, I’m going to inform my lawyer about this and I’ll start a law case at the court.

Indeed, they also informed me that same person cannot open another account so I hereby require them to delete my all personal data (based on GDPR law in EU) regarding to that you cannot know who is the person created an account earlier.
