Features

I love withings products, I have a Scanwatch and it is just amazing. I only miss a few things. It could be a “lock the button” option meanwhile the workout sessions, because sometimes I hit the button and the measurement stops and I only see it when I look on the watch, for example at skiing. Also I miss things like changing music with the watch or show temperature information. BTW. thank you for your work at Withings, I hope that my advice was helpful and these things with many other features will be added somewhere in the near future. 🙂

This is not the right direction

I used to like this app, but now it’s becoming more and more frustrating. It keeps sending me badges for things that I don’t care about, like measuring my weight or blood pressure. Meanwhile, the basic features that I need are not working properly. For example, the Body+ scale display shows that my measurement is assigned to my wife, even though we have a huge difference in our weight. But when I check the app, neither of our accounts have the measurement recorded. This is very annoying and makes me doubt the accuracy of the app. On top of that, the app keeps nagging me to subscribe to a very expensive service that I don’t want. I think the app developers should focus on fixing the bugs and improving the user experience, instead of trying to make more money from us. I’m very disappointed with this app and I hope they will listen to the feedback and make some changes. Otherwise, I might have to look for another app that works better.

Works really fine

I have Thermo, Body Cardio and BPM Connect. I really like Withings products and systems. This application has more logical appearance than Health app from Apple. I really really like that all my health data is in one place with all the details. However, this application should contain the functionality of the Thermo app (like write/read temperature data into/from Health app and setup Thermo device).
