Wolt Delivery: Food and more 12+

Great app with a huge variety of restaurants. Delivery people are fast and friendly! The customer service is probably my favourite. If there is any issue or delay they are always available and even proactively reach out which is almost unheard off in such a high volume business. Keep it up.

Feedback for future update: Please make it possible to tip the couriers after delivery as well. I always try to tip drivers but sometimes I miss it and don’t like that I can’t rectify that.

My delivery estimate was off I waited over twice as long as the estimate was. Furthermore customer support didn’t even bother to contact me to update me with the issues regarding my order of which there were several both with the restaurant for some reason having to remake my order and the curriers one of which count wait and the other couldn’t fulfil the order due to issue with their vehicle, not to mention that it took over an hour for customer support to even reply. Honestly very disappointing, the services have severely deteriorated leaving a very sour experience will seriously reconsider using Wolt in the future for my food deliveries. Not because of the delay for things do happen that’s life I totally understand though frustrating it is understandable. However for the lack of response and seriously deteriorated customer support from the previously established standard. Wolt’s previously superior customer support was why I was so loyal to the brand and cherished it but seeing it has deteriorated to this point it makes Wolt just the same as any other delivery site except now in foodora for example you can add expedited delivery when you order, leaving Wolt to not even be able to compete with them. So disappointing. End of an era after 400+ orders and my love for Wolt. Will definitely be warning my friends and family about the changes in quality of services at Wolt and suggesting they choose other options.

The purpose of a negative feedback is to help to improve a service. So I will only ask questions and everybody can agree or not. Will you be satisfied if a scheduled order late ~25 mintes. The order was requested 7 hours before…
Will you be happy if a big group of people will wait 25 minutes if the app says “your order will be arrive soon” and you see it on a map that the courier is not even close to the place where you are and he is just picking up the food after the earlier requested scheduled time. How you will handle the situation when you got your food, the courier not even say “sorry for the inconvenience” and you see that there is no heater bag around the food - outside temperature was around 0 celsius degrees - and when you asked the courier why the food is cold and the courier response is that “My hands are wet because it is hot”… 
Will you happy when you asked the support, their response will be arrived after one day?? 
I got a ~30% refund after these what I can spend again for this great service. Thank you, really… I appreciate it that I can use again a not good service. They didn’t even offer other opportunities what I can choose at least. Long story short… I’m asking you, why should I use this service again? Thank you and I hope everybody understands the point and will work to improve this service.
