Wolt Delivery: Food and more 12+

Great app with a huge variety of restaurants. Delivery people are fast and friendly! The customer service is probably my favourite. If there is any issue or delay they are always available and even proactively reach out which is almost unheard off in such a high volume business. Keep it up.

Feedback for future update: Please make it possible to tip the couriers after delivery as well. I always try to tip drivers but sometimes I miss it and don’t like that I can’t rectify that.

I ordered because it said 40 minutes for delivery. After two hours I contacted customer service and they said they could not find a courier. I asked, as long as there is no courier, will they not even start the order? I was told no. So I cancelled the order and went to buy it by car. Then they wrote that I could not cancel because the restaurant had prepared the food. But there was still no courier. This is a bit contradictory. I got home and after 5 minutes the courier rang to say the order was here. I said thank you, I had cancelled and was not available to pick it up. Because I bought the same thing elsewhere in the meantime. I only got half the money back, not the full amount. Even after repeated calls to customer service, I was not compensated, so I was cheated. I don't think it's legal to do that, that you can't cancel an unfulfilled order, especially when they are so late. The estimated time is also a scam, because they should know exactly if there is a courier available in the area.

Wolt had definitely went down hill and very fast this year. I give only one star because the customer service people are great when you contact them and Wolt generally has more restaurants available than most others do. The reason I didn’t give anymore stars is because I had to wait for 2 hours and 30minutes until my delivery arrived without any reason given no matter how many times I’ve asked. Even worse than that I am still waiting to be reimbursed for such horrible service. The delivery men/woman are clearly over worked and its very obvious you are lacking the people to do the job properly. And the only way it can be this bad is very clearly from the people in charge! I suggest other go else where to order food from now on because this is just so ridiculous and has permanently put me off ordering from wolt ever again!
