They're not fixing blocking issues

I have used worldremit for a long time, although struggling with their UI bugs, which now led to a situation that I simply can't pay - neither with the app, nor through the website. The app keeps blocking me with a message saying "Oh no! Please enter higher amount", when I'm selecting a target country or a recipient, before having any chance to enter an amount. Customer service advised to reinstall the app which had no effect. Unusable, okay, let's use the website. Now the website refuses saying that my payment was not authorized by my bank. I checked it with my bank, and no issues there, no withdrawal request, I pay daily with my card on a lot of international services, and I even had successful payment with the app at the same time when this message came up in the browser version!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, USE SOMEONE ELSE!

After having completed 10 successful transactions since 2019, WorldRemit unilaterally cancelled 2 transactions of mine despite of continuous contact with their Customer Service (they are useless). Worst thing is they didn’t even provide an explanation why, though I have asked them several times since the 1st declined transaction. After several hours lost on the phone, the 2nd transaction is cancelled as well with no explanation. Look for someone else to do business with!
