Cannot delete safezones

The app is good, but even if i read the manual, still cannot remove the safezones. I swipe left, it shows delete button but when I release it remained there. So how can I delete a safe zone?

Pontos helymeghatározás, jó pont, hogy magyarul fut a menü, átlátható!

i mean... i got used to having to terminate the app because it didn't show the watch, and while even that is pretty unacceptable for a product this expensive. but now even that doesn't help. it doesn't do anything when i try to log out. nothing.

please understand that an app that is used as a safety measure for my kid and that displays such an erratic behavior - which could very well be a decider between life or death in extreme situations is unacceptable.

the hardware, ie the phone watch is actually great. but this app is abominable.

Köszönöm az üzenetét. Sajnálattal halljuk, hogy problémái vannak az alkalmazással.

Javasoljuk, hogy próbálja ki a következőket: Nyomja meg és tartsa lenyomva az óra oldalán lévő gombot 40 másodpercig. Ez egy soft resetet fog végrehajtani.

Ha ez nem működik, javasoljuk, hogy törölje az alkalmazást a telefonjáról, törölje a gyorsítótárat, és telepítse újra az alkalmazást, ügyelve arra, hogy a legfrissebb verziót használja.

Ha ez nem működik, akkor nagyon szívesen vesszük, ha kapcsolatba lép ügyfélszolgálatunkkal, és szívesen segítünk.
