"Like" poses to increase the probability they will appear in your practice. "Dislike" poses and they will never appear in your practice.
TRANSITION SPEED AND HOLD LENGTH
Design a pace that works for you by varying the Transition Speed (amount of time to move between one pose and another) and Hold Length (amount of time you spend in the pose).

Memberships cost $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year (prices for non-United States customers will vary) and will be charged to the user's iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew and will be charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and renew at the original purchase price. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off from the user's iTunes Account Settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Don’t search any longer
This is the best yoga app I’ve ever used in my life. You can personalize your practice type, length, target area, speed, everything you need, even the detail of the poses explained to you during practice. They have very nice music too. The only thing I’m missing is downloading practices and using them offline, but it’s still so good it deserves 5 starts.
Excellent app with excellent customer service
Downdog yoga app is a really great tool for home practice. With the easy setup and variable choices I can focus on developing my posture the way I like it. They were are also very kind and helpful in every case when I needed to contact them. I look forward to every practice.
