As a market leader: it’s time to improve the user experience, guys

The only reason I use your app is that I trust your company pedigree, but both UX and UI of your app is ridiculous, hard to use, it is a mess. Ask your users what data and how we want to see it, learn from your competitors how to visualize data, guys.
