Trophy loss because of a bug

Zooba is an amazing game, I really like it but because of a bug, my 1900+ trophy Nix oneday when logged in, had 1300 trophies an not because i lost them or because the season reset!
Please, I can send proof because the throphy road proves that I had an 1900+ trophy Nix. It would be really time consuming to push back. I still play because the game is amazing but it would be nice to get my trophies back.....

This game is going to the wrong way. The game is very P2W so you had to spend money on the game because if not, you cant enjoy it, upgrade your character. There are a lot of overpowered characters and you cant win or play with any happiness. I opened 3 emerald chests for FREE and got nothing. I only got the main characters and some from league 2 and 3. At the beggining the game was much more F2P. Now when i enter the shop i only see offers and offers. And the beggining there was only 2-3 offers which is acceptable. When i enter a match theres a lot of higher level player and if a player is lower level but he/she got a new character its undefeateble. The weapons and some ability is so delayed. I go out from a granade range and it damage or kill me. If you want to enjoy it you cant only if you spend on the game. You almost only get bronze chests from matches. And if you want to buy for gems you cant because its horrible expensive so you have to buy gems. If you want to upgrade your character you have to buy money and chests to get the upgrade tokens. This is very unranked because i cant upgrade my character higher than level 7 and i only see level +12 in a match and you cant defeat them. At the begginig of the game it has less characters and it was more enjoyable and F2P. Its okay the game need new content but not these overpowered characters and the expensive offers. Must need money to win

This game is ine of the most annoying P2W games i ever seen.
The conception would be good, like u have animals to open, and upgrade them, but it is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE after a while i have 10 characters, and i cant open any, cuz the chestes are pretty hard to get, like a gold,emerald, or legendary create for FREE.
And there are offers everywhere with a really rude cost, and i hate when i got offers in my face in every minite, the game has a LOT of bugs, u cant win against a higher level enemy, there are too much levels, a F2P player CANT MAX any character cuz U MUST PAY and burn money for virtual levels, and win with no skill. You CAN'T PROGRESS, without money. Ig in this game will be POSSIBLE and EASIER suloutions to progress, and the bugs will be gone, and u can win with SKILL, it will be a good game for real,
