The new season update to Pro Evolution Soccer brings with it a multitude of new features to marvel at.
So let us take you on a whistlestop tour of the new bits and bobs to keep an eye out for.
More realistic movement
Built using the Unreal Engine 4 game engine, PES 2019 is a huge step forward for the series, greatly improving animations and ball movement. Cross your eyes a little and you won't be able to tell the difference between this and a televised game.
Updated teams and players
Alongside updated player and team stats, over 10 new leagues have been added including leagues from Belgium, Scotland, Denmark, Portugal and Argentina. Oh, and as a fun extra flourish, goal celebrations have also been expanded a great deal.
The ‘Featured Player’ feature is where you can find footballers on a hot streak in real life. Their stats are now updated to reflect their latest performances, with transfers also updated weekly.
So, the new season of Pro Evolution Soccer has officially started, and our games editors are honing their skills right now. See you out on the pitch.
