Γλυκές Ιστορίε‪ς‬ 12+

Οι Γλυκές Ιστορίες είναι η διαδικτυακή έκδοση του πρώτου ελληνικού περιοδικού ζαχαροπλαστικής που κυκλοφορεί 10 φορές το χρόνο στα περίπτερα.

Η θεματολογία περιλαμβάνει τα εξής:
-Συνταγές: Νόστιμες και πρωτότυπες συνταγές για κάθε περίσταση από μια ομάδα ζαχαροπλαστών, με δυνατότητα εύρεσης μέσα από το βασικό υλικό (π.χ. σοκολάτα, φρούτα, ξηροί καρποί κ.λπ.) ή το είδος του γλυκού (κέικ, τούρτες, τσίζκεϊκ κ.λπ.).
-Βήμα-βήμα: Τα δύσκολα ή περίπλοκα γλυκά γίνονται παιχνιδάκι. Κάθε φωτογραφία και ένα βήμα για το τέλειο αποτέλεσμα.
-Επιλογές: Λιχουδιές, παραδοσιακά γλυκίσματα, ιδιαίτερα προϊόντα, κουζινικά γκάτζετ και χρήσιμα σκεύη. Αλλά και νόστιμα νέα από τη συντακτική ομάδα.
-Ειδήσεις: Ειδήσεις από το χώρο της ζαχαροπλαστικής και της διατροφής από την Ελλάδα και όλο τον κόσμο.
-Βίντεο: Μαθήματα ζαχαροπλαστικής, συμβουλές και βιντεοσυνταγές.
-Συμβουλές: Μυστικά, τεχνικές, χρήσιμα και άλλα πρακτικά.
-Ζαχαροπλαστεία: Μια προσεκτική επιλογή από τα ζαχαροπλαστεία που εμπιστευόμαστε. Μαθαίνουμε λίγα λόγια για το κάθε μαγαζί αλλά και τι δοκιμάσαμε και προτείνουμε.
-Γνώμες: Άρθρα με άποψη και γλυκές ιστορίες.


Glykes Istories is the online edition of the first greek confectionery magazine that is not targeted towards professionals. It is published 10 months out of the year and is sold independently in news stands and kiosks .

Its content includes:
-Recipes: Delicious and original recipes for every occasion, thought up and executed by a team of pastry chefs, that can be searched either by their basic ingredients (i.e. chocolate, fruit, nuts, etc.) or by the broader category to which they belong (cake, tart, cheesecake, etc.).
-Step by step instructions: Even the more difficult or elaborate dessert can be a breeze to make. Every photo depicts a different step of the whole process, so as to bring about the perfect result.
-Editors' choices: Delicacies, traditional sweets, special and original products, useful kitchen gadgets and utensils, as well as tasty news from the editorial team.
-News: Global and local news concerning the food and confectionery industries.
-Videos: Audiovisual pastry lessons, tips and recipes.
-Tips: Useful and practical secrets and techniques.
