Description
客户下载软件登录，查找并绑定自己的企业后，就可以进行以下操作：
1、机器报修：在报修界面中，选择或输入机身编码，然后对设备进行故障描述（文字、语音、照片等方式），最后确认报修地址就可以进行报修。系统按服务台设置的模式进行派单（距离、空闲、工单量），售后接单到达现场维修。完成维修后，售后在手机界面滑动完成工单字样后售后手机界面显示（维修用时费用， 配件费，住宿费，交通费）维修费，零件费系统生成，售后可根据实际情况手动修改，确认数据准确，点击确认系统由客户支付工单费用。
2、商城购件：在商城界面中，选择所需的商品加入到购物车，在结算界面中选择寄货地址后可通过微信、支付宝或他人代支付进行结算，如企业账号中有余额和积分的也可进行选择支付。
3、产品列表：可在此界面中获得公司的最新产品资讯.
