If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:

- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre

If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

Like the new looks, unable to transfer overseas

The new looks and feature really nice and easy to use, it simplified much menu.
But i cannot use transfer money to overseas via xpressmoney link anymore although the menu is exist, it keep saying “insuficient fund” despite my more than enough balance. Please fix this

Complained sistem

I was download and registered by myself on 1 july, then they send messages to me on 7 july 2023 my emirate id is unclear, then I try to send my emirate id by EMAIL that time, then I waiting for next happend, then they said again on 14 july, they said again my emirate id is unclear, I already send by 2 email as well. Why still asking my emirate is unclear, I took picture nicely. So I delete this apps, sorry and thankyou
