International Transfer

I made an international transfer of 9.988 SAR using AlinmaPay on September 4, 2024. After that day, I called customer service because the money hadn't reached the beneficiary.
I inquired about the delay, and I was told to wait for 2 days. Even after the specified date of September 6, 2024, the beneficiary still had not received the funds.
I reached out to customer service again to file a complaint and request a refund.
I was informed that the process would take 5-7 working days.
On September 10, 2024, AlinmaPay refunded 9.594 SAR and took my money 394 SAR, It's really disappointing that AlinmaPay deducted money without providing a proper explanation to me as a customer.
I want to AlinmaPay resolve this issue.
