Description
Alphazed is a free picture dictionary illustrated exclusively with Creative Commons images. View a food, an animal, a place, a thing and a colo(u)r for every letter of the alphabet.
Full links to the relevant Wikipedia entries are included, so teachers and parents can use the pictures as a starting point for discussions on unusual items. Links to the original Flickr images are also included, to credit the talented and generous photographers whose images have been used.
Suitable for pre-schoolers and early readers. Entirely free (with no ads) and will remain so — share and enjoy.
