Is a joke!

The worst system ever!!!! I already booked my time for rawda and scanned by the officer but the gate guy won’t let us in!!!! They told us to the exit way but it’s already our permit time!!! Then we asked to enter the queue again but the second scan absolutely failed! The system shows we can’ entered again because the qr code already be scanned!! What a joke??? We can ‘t enter for 365days ahead just by 1 officer????? You have to be punished because won’t let us to pray!
