Suka Batalkan Flight
Group Lion, termasuk Batik ini kan suka batalin flight, dan menawarkan opsi flight lain atau menghubungi contact center utk flight lainnya. Kadang2 waktu info pembatalannya mepet. Nomor contact centernya hampir tdk pernah berhasil kalau dihubungi, sdg no. WA nya sering slow respon dan bahkan very slow respon kalau hari libur. Dlm situasi ini, aplikasi ini spt tdk ada gunanya utk mengatasi mslh tsb.
Mengecewakan
Dua kali penerbangan saya di cancel tiba tiba. Yang pertama kali tidak ada pemberitahuan sama sekali dari pihak batik air melalui email ataupun whatsapp. Untung saya cek dulu sebulan sebelum keberangkatan saya.
Mau komplain ke wa batik air ternyata chat boot. Sangat sangat tidak membantu.
Penerbangan pulang saya di cancel tiba tiba, hanya di beritahu kalau penerbangan saya di ubah jadi transit jakarta, yang awalnya direct sin-yia. Tidak di beritahu jam detail nya.
Tolong lah di perbaiki pelayanannya.
Semurah apapun batik saya tidak akan menggunakan maskapai ini lagi. Sangat sangat mengecewakan
