Build it app helps develop visual perception skills and fine motor skills among toddlers aged 2.5+ years old. It also helps develop primary math concepts such as size, top and bottom, before and after.

HOW TO PLAY: Each board displays parts of an image. The goal of the game is to assemble the parts correctly, one on top of the other, to create the whole image.

Updating need payment?

I kinda confused here, i wanted to update already paid apps. I know my credit card was declined cuz of the payment has not been tranferred from my bank to the bank issuer. But it should be free for updating apps, right? Or it should be paid again?
