Lately the app stopped responding. Requested intervention from customer service but keep on getting auto responses. Terrible customer service. I was a loyal player ended up deleting the app!

We’ve made some immediate changes to the game that will improve your gaming experience.
We have created over 6,000 puzzles for users to play in the game. Often times other iOS apps running in the background need to be closed. Can you please try closing all other apps and see if your experience is still the same? If you continue to experience issues please submit a request at support.storm8.com with the “Submit a request” link in the top right hand corner of the page. We have found video submissions to be most helpful in helping us diagnose issues.
