More improvements needed
Simple, on point, no layers, just blank surface ready to be written.
Basically a digital post it. It allows to record ideas quickly which is very nice. No need to adjust page sizes, just press the plus (+) button and you're ready to go.
However this app needs to improve the writing smoothness, just like apple stock notes app.
Also maybe this app can benefit from gesture shortcuts, so undoing-redoing can be done faster

Thanks for the review! Charcoal already supports some basic gestures. For example, you can swipe left or right with three fingers to undo or redo your previous strokes. I'm also considering adding a double tap gesture for two fingers to a future version.

Sorry about this issue. If you are using iOS 13, make sure you have “Disable Finger Input” turned off in the Charcoal settings. Otherwise, make sure you enabled finger drawing in the Apple Pencil settings on your iPad.
