Having more than 400 employees spread all over Indonesia, Colliers International Indonesia (CII) feels that it is time to provide a flexible – yet measured, attendance system for their employees. Thus, People & Performance Department together with Information & Technology Department came up with a mobile application to help CII manage the attendance of all our employees.
This attendance mobile application called CII Attendance, is our solution to help us manage the attendance of our employees. This application is not only for Company, but also here to help our employees to simplify the clock-in and clock out process, so they can do it wherever with no hassle. These are the simple steps:
1. Make sure your GPS is on
2. Log in using intranet information (username & password)
3. Choose the type of activities
4. Fill in the Company Name box
5. Fill in the Contact Name box
6. Fill in the Building/Area box,
7. The most fun part: take a selfie!
And you are done! It’s simple and easy. This mobile application can record employees’ time clock-in and clock-out effortlessly. The GPS is used to locate where the Colliers employees’ locations are during their clock-in and clock-out. This application is available for Apple user.
