Untuk pembukaan rekening secara online tanpa menggunakan kode referral atau menggunakan kode referral dari teman, rewards dapat dilihat dan ditukarkan melalui aplikasi CommBank Mobile pada menu Rewards, dimana rewards pertama senilai Rp50.000,- (lima puluh ribu Rupiah) dapat dicek di aplikasi CommBank Mobile maksimal 3 (tiga) hari kerja sejak pembukaan rekening dinyatakan berhasil, dan rewards kedua senilai Rp50.000,- (lima puluh ribu Rupiah) dapat dicek 1 bulan kemudian.
