We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Coursiv operates on a subscription basis, and it seems there may have been a misunderstanding regarding how our billing system works.
When you sign up for an introductory offer, you authorize us to charge your card for the subscription period as detailed on our payment page. After the introductory period ends, the subscription automatically transitions to the regular fee unless cancelled.
We aim to make this process as clear as possible and regret any confusion. If you wish to unsubscribe, please follow these steps: Go to your Coursiv Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. If you prefer, you can also email us directly at support@coursiv.io with your sign-up email address and set the Subject to “Unsubscribe.”
