D-Bank PRO is designed to provide convenience and convenience for Danamon customers to conduct daily banking activities (including in the case of opening a digital savings account). This application not only meets the needs of banking transactions, but can also be accessed anytime, anywhere through a smartphone device without the need to come to a branch, especially for the opening of digital / branchless banking accounts.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:
1. Opening a digital savings account at your fingertips
2. Check transaction history for the last 3 months
3. Additional new features such as e-Wallet Top up, Insurance Purchase, ​Internet Data Purchase, PLN Token Purchase & Electricity Payment, Loan Payment, ZISWAF payments, and others

HOW TO USE:
1. Minimum system requirement is iOS 13.0
2. Download D-Bank PRO Application through App Store
3. Opening a savings account by clicking “Register Now” on D-Bank PRO application screen
4. For the first time, register as follows:
• Select “Register”
• Select “Activation with Debit Card/ATM”
• Input “Debit Card/ATM No.” and “Debit/ATM Card PIN”
• Input OTP sent via SMS in your registered Mobile Inbox
• Input your email address, create a password, and read the Terms and Conditions
• Create mPIN and Re-type mPIN
• After registration is completed, you can enjoy D-Bank PRO Application

5. Software Token – D-Bank PRO
• Select “Software Token” button on the Welcome screen
• Select APPLI 1 or APPLI 2 (as requested on the transaction screen of D-Bank PRO website version)
• Input 6 digits mPIN
• OTP code appears on OTP screen
• Input the OTP code to the transaction screen of D-Bank PRO website version
• Your transaction through the Web version of D-Bank PRO is completed

sudah 2x error password gagal … padahal yang saya masukkan sudah benar lalu Pin terkunci

APLIKASI D-BANK PRO INI JELEK & TIDAK BECUS

Aplikasi D-BANK PRO ini sangat BURUK dan TIDAK PROFESIONAL, Jauh LEBIH JELEK dari Aplikasi2 Sebelumnya Bikin RIBET & Nyusahkan Para Nasabah untuk Log-in, Mengecek/Memantau dan Bertransaksi, karna Kinerja Systemnya JELEK & SANGAT BURUK. Nasabah selalu dibuat Ribet dikit2 disuruh Hubungi CALL CENTER Pikir yg SMART pakai LOGIKA dikira GRATIS Biaya Telpon Panggilannya, Petugas2 Danamon nya saja untuk Hubungi Para Nasabahnya PELIT, dan Nasabah saja selalu dibuat REPOT mesti harus datang ke Bank Danamon untuk Ajukan Laporan & Kendala Masalah. Mohon DIKAJI ULANG dan di Pelajari dulu jika buat SYSTEM oleh Pakar IT nya yg Tingkat ILMUnya PROFESIONAL. Tidak habis Pikir Aplikasi JELEK Begini kok bisa Lolos Seleksi dan bisa digunakan untuk Jutaan Nasabah / Masyarakat Umum. Please Be Smart, Apa Danamon sudah kebanyakan Nasabah ya jadi mau Kurangi Nasabahnya dengan Cara2 seperti ini supaya Tutup Buku ?? Sepertinya Nasabah harus minta Bantuan Lembaga Perlindungan Konsumen, OJK, BI, dll nih supaya Masukan & Sarannya di dengar dan diperhatikan. Karna Bank ini sepertinya Cuek, Acuh dan Tidak Peduli atas Masukan dan Komplainan dari Para Nasabahnya !!!
