Secara banking oke lah, gaada admin, bunga masih oke, dll. Tp chat bantuannya ngaco. Untung untungan bgt kalau dapet agent yg baik atau ngga. Kadang ketemu agent yg baik dalam memberikan jawaban, tp ga jarang dapet agen yg kurang ok.Saya dpt 1 agent yg tb tb mengakhiri sesi tanpa konfirmasi dlu. Bukan masalah koneksi. Dia tanya "apakah masi bersama kami?" saya jawab "ya", dibalas "baik kl sudah jelas saya akhiri" ??????what?? Respon otomatis "kami masih menunggu respon bapak/ibu" juga ngeselin, karena terkadang SAYA yang sedang NUNGGU RESPON AGEN. Lalu saat komplen ke sesi berikutnya ttg respon otomatis itu, tb tb aplikasinya logout otomatis ???? Ngaco

Can’t successfully process foreign exchange transfer

Absolutely not recommended if you intend to use Digibank service for foreign exchange transfer. Base on my personal experience from Digibank Indonesia account transfer to my son’s University account in the United Kingdom (GBP currency). Digibank app was not able to read or process IBAN number given by the University. I asked for assistance from DBS / Digibank call center officer and Digibank booth officer in Jakarta but they can’t help either. Wasted my time, go back to conventional Bank instead, it’s okay to pay some fees for this kind of service as long as it works!
