Pembelian lewat web krn dpt promo udh d bayar pada saat daftar, sudah 5 hari gak ada kejelasan, chat lewat emma di suruh lewat email, ada beda axa financial dan telemarketing lewat chat app emma, beli polis susah apalagi claim? Kayaknya mau batalkan beberapa polis di asuransi ini after dan before nya jelek
Tidak intuitif
UI sangat buruk, tidak intuitif, baru tutup aplikasi diminta log in ulang, masa tiap mau buka aplikasi harus begini, pemaksaan pula harus aktifkan alat pelacak kesehatan, habis ditolak, tiap buka app diminta aktifkan lagi
