5. Optimized the Soldier Talent Feature:
(a) Added a prerequisite for talent points: players must light up all common talent points in the previous rank before proceeding to the next rank's common talent points, and all special talent points in the previous rank before proceeding to the next rank's special talent points.
(b) All player Soldier Talent will be reset and all materials used for upgrading will be returned.
