I enjoyed playing this games.. a question though .. why I can’t go on the next level when reached level 40? It’s blocked by a cloud .. It happened in Pasta street or Bakers street..

Hello, In order to play in the next location, you will need to unlock that location. On the map where you can see all the locations, tap on the location to unlock it.
To unlock some locations, you will need to be at a particular XP level. If you do not have a sufficient XP level for a particular location, you can accrue XP by continuing to play in the locations that are available to you. For further clarification, please write to us by clicking the mail option via the game settings menu. We are here to help.

Latest version CAN NOT BE OPENED
I’ve already upgraded to the latest version, yesterday. But the game can’t be open. I have good internet connection.. i have a lot of free memory on my phone
