Prefer the previous version
The previous version is much much better where we can scan our tax refund form, keep track in the apps and monitor the progress of its refund(whenever the fund has been credited in our credit card).
Cannot Update My Passport Number
Even i cannot update mu passport number, because the number was taken?!
Unable to add refund method
Avoid using this app. the app’s latency is terrible and even worse, the app always shows technical issue when I tried to enter a refund method. Also good luck trying to get help. Email will be replied automatically saying the email will not be responded. You can’t submit a help form as well because the phone format is always wrong. Such a terrible service.
