Baguss tapi masih butuh pengembangan
Oke, saya berusaha netral dan memposisikan diri saya benar2 sebagai user tanpa mengeluarkan kata2 yg tidak patut.
1. Aplikasinya ringan tapi kok terasa lebih berat/lambat (khususnya utk QRIS) daripada gopay yg ada di app gojek.
2. Desain masih butuh pengembangan karena desain yang sekarang ini kurang menarik. (Penempatan tombol, icon, fitur dsb)
3. Promo masih kurang, khususnya promo diluar ruang sehingga orang2 masih belum terlalu familiar dengan apps ini
4. (Lebih ke advice sih) Temen2 di kota besar masih mengandalkan gopay di app gojek (surabaya, semarang, jogja, solo) iklan kan gopay app di aplikasi gojek itu sendiri supaya mereka bisa unduh atau bisa ditambah promo digital/non digital yg lain.
5. Kami menunggu pengembangan app Anda secepatnya.

GoPay tabungan
1. GoPay tabungan should’ve been a stash where we can put aside GoPay saldo instead of being a replacement to GoPay saldo after we upgraded. And since it’s basically a Jago pocket, it gives zero benefit over connecting Jago pockets directly, which is a redundant experience.
2. GoPay tabungan is messing up the notifications and spend analysis in Jago app. Any transaction will be recorded in Jago app due to it being a Jago pocket; thus, giving us double notifications from both GoPay and Jago.
3. Instant top up gives chaotic notifications situation due to the auto sweep feature: money out from Jago pocket, top up notifications in GoPay app, money in to GoPay tabungan Jago pocket (auto sweep). I wish I can turn this off.
4. No option to close GoPay tabungan (GoPay Jago pocket) and revert back to GoPay saldo. It feels rather redundant for existing Jago user who already had Jago pockets connected.
