Baguss tapi masih butuh pengembangan

Oke, saya berusaha netral dan memposisikan diri saya benar2 sebagai user tanpa mengeluarkan kata2 yg tidak patut. 1. Aplikasinya ringan tapi kok terasa lebih berat/lambat (khususnya utk QRIS) daripada gopay yg ada di app gojek. 2. Desain masih butuh pengembangan karena desain yang sekarang ini kurang menarik. (Penempatan tombol, icon, fitur dsb)3. Promo masih kurang, khususnya promo diluar ruang sehingga orang2 masih belum terlalu familiar dengan apps ini4. (Lebih ke advice sih) Temen2 di kota besar masih mengandalkan gopay di app gojek (surabaya, semarang, jogja, solo) iklan kan gopay app di aplikasi gojek itu sendiri supaya mereka bisa unduh atau bisa ditambah promo digital/non digital yg lain. 5. Kami menunggu pengembangan app Anda secepatnya. Terima kasih.

Saya terlambat 2 (dua) hari bayar tagihan gopay later dan "SUDAH MENERIMA KONSEKUENSI DENDA" tapi pihak ketiga berkomunikasi dengan bahasa yg kurang patut menurut saya, seakan-akan saya sudah telambat 1-2 bulan atau bahkan seakan-akan tidak ada itikad untuk membayar, padahal saya sudah bicara baik-baik dan memberikan info waktu kapan saya akan membayar. Mohon diperhatikan ya, dibedakan lah memperlakukan customer yg "akan" dan "tidak ada itikad" untuk membayar, apalagi saya sudah sampaikan akan bayar siang nanti. Terus terang saya kapok pakai Gopay Later karna pihak ketiga nya sangat sangat tidak membuat customer nyaman.
