Hey i don’t understand previously my account was on Global Gotrade and now you had removed the global app from appstore Indonesia and i had some balance on my Global Gotrade account how would i cope with this situation and what’s the solution? Because in Gotrade Indonesia i have to create a new account

Lost account
I previously login global go trade. Now it’s only go trade Indonesia and I never know whether my money still there or not. This is very awful! I know previously about Valbury Indo but never their customer
