Stop group order makanan!!
Pengalaman yang sangat buruk, gara2 group order driver jadi tertukar pesanannya, itu juga yg terima makanan ngaco malah dimakan pesenan saya! Driver udah mau coba ganti tapi toko keburu tutup.
Tutup aja sistem group order makanan, nambahin human error aja, kalau udah kayak gini driver dan customer yang kena imbas gak enak nya.
Terus juga makanan yg dipesen jadi dingin, gak hangat lagi, kembalikan sistem order makanan yang dulu dan lebih transparan!!

Saya bingung
Saya bingung kenapa tiba” setelah update baru, grabfood saya ada tulisan “irregular activity detected”, setiap mau pesan selalu ada “oops price changed, padahal pesen mc* dimana yang harganya fixed”. Aneh banget, padahal tadi pagi sebelum di update bisa dipakai beli makanan + pakai promo. Ini solusinya gimana? Promo” saya tidak bisa kepakai. Saya sangat butuh jawaban banget

Saya bingung kenapa tiba2 akun saya ditangguhkan. Tertera karena saya dianggap tidak mematuhi persyaratan layanan grab (aktifitas yg tidak biasa). Padahal saya baru 2 kali pakai dan merasa tidak melakukan apa2. Saya cumn pesan makanan doang, pembayaran juga tunai langsung saya bayar. Saya benar2 tidak mengetahui pasti alasan akun saya tiba2 dinonaktifkan. Terima kasih
