Saya bingung kenapa tiba2 akun saya ditangguhkan. Tertera karena saya dianggap tidak mematuhi persyaratan layanan grab (aktifitas yg tidak biasa). Padahal saya baru 2 kali pakai dan merasa tidak melakukan apa2. Saya cumn pesan makanan doang, pembayaran juga tunai langsung saya bayar. Mungkin double order adalah hal yang menguntungkan bagi driver, resto tempat makan dan bagi pihak perusahaan Grab sendiri tetapi tidak menguntungkan bagi customer(ini menurut pandangan saya) karena disaat kita pisan grabfood adalah ketika kita merasa lapar jadi dengan harapan makanan juga cepat datang(selain faktor antri ditempat makan) belum lagi sudah nahan lapar harus kecewa dengan makanan yang kita terima sudah dingin karena sebelumnya drop orderan ditempat lain. Tolong dong lebih mikirkan customernya juga, kita pakai app ini hampir setiap hari lho. Loyalitas bagi customernya tolong dipertimbangkan, karena kita merasa dirugikan. Thanks

Group order Grab food parah banget. Orderan saya di Kebayoran Baru disatukan dengan orderan di Kebayoran Lama. Jadi butuh 1 jam untuk makanan sampai yang harusnya di bawah 30 menit bisa sampai. Grab terlalu serakah! Saya sudah komplain ke help center. Tapi tetap tidak ada yang berubah. Ini kejadian lagi kedua kali pesanan saya di group. Padahal kata help center akan di tindak lanjuti. Masalah yang sama tidak pernah kejadian dengan Gofood. Kalau niat, tolong betul2 di tindak lanjuti secara konkrit. Jangan hanya memberikan balasan yang template saja.

Kenapa gak pernah di perbaiki ya maps nya? SANGAT BANYAK SEKALI lokasi yg ada di google maps tapi tidak ada di peta grab. Sudah saya ketik alamat yang benar malah peta grab mengarah kannya gak karu karu an. Benci sekali
