Not working In Indonesia

I was very excited to use Helbizlive and watch the italian Serie B but unfortunately the application did not work in Indonesia and therefore I have asked a refund. Hence for some unfortunate circumstances I did not get the refund. Helbiz Team mention was refunded and I should ask Apple, I have tried to contact Apple and also I was online with an operator but no updates about the refund until this moment I am writing the review. Apple seems has no dedicated email. Very disappointed.
