No sound in background

Im using iphone 11 and when i close the app and lock my phone only notification comes up, not the sound from my friend, anyone can help???

Background activity

Cool app, but background activity is just trash. It takes up to 40% off battery usage without even using it. I'm turning off its background activity for now and it might causes issues not playing my friends voice chat
