Cannot scan the book cover

Camera is already allowed for the app but still cannot scan the book cover. Please help, thank you

When play and download book, stuck at 69%

When play and download book, always stuck at 69%. Tried with 3 different books. Not working. I'm from Indonesia location. Had also tried using vpn and changed location to USA as advised by other thread, still not working. Had tried different mobile phones and internet networks, all still stucked at exactly 69%. It must be something wrong with the software. You really need to fix this bug very very soon as I believe many people experienced the same thing. Thank you.

This app can't be used. Always stuck on 68% download.
Please, fix it soon because without application, hippo magic book become useless
