Pelayanan sangat mengecewakan
Hari ini saya sdh kelima atau ke enam kalinya belanja. On line di hypermart. Dan saya sangat kecewa dgn pelayanan yg diberikan. Apabila belum siap melayani customer on line, jangan lah melayani penjualan on line, membuat kami pelanggan berharap dan kesal dgn menunggu kiriman yang tidak sesuai dgn janji layanan. Bahkan pukul 15.10 baru saja saya telpon customer service menanyakan status pembelian saya, ditutup dgn sengaja. Bukan satu kali, saya telpon dua kali, tapi diperlakukan sama, ditutup tanpa pemberian penjelasan yang memuaskan.
Sekali kali, kalau blm siap bersaing dengan kompetitor lain yg menawarkan belanja on line, lebih baik jangan menawarkan belanja on line . 👎

Pengiriman ribet dan kurir suka komplain ke penerima, padahal ingkos kirim sdh dibayarkan sekaligus dengan belanjaan. yang bener donk hypermart. klo perlu gunakan kurir sendiri jgn pake ojol untuk pengirimannya
