video cant work

I already paid for 3 month. I forget to try your trial. But it’s automaticly paid. But It’s okay, but the problem is the video is not working.
just loading.
I already paid 28 December. please help, what should i do?
please fix it. it waste my money if the video is not working.
can my payment start from the video is working?
or can I stop it and cancel the payment?

Hi there! Unfortunately the video hosting platform we use is blocked in Indonesia, and that's why the videos aren't working. We have followed up with your emails regarding this topic and have provided some ways around this as well as how to request a refund from Apple since you aren't able to properly use the app!

I tried play workout video but video can’t play. Just loading :(
