Good to be back

I was played this game few years ago (2013 i guess) on my old ipad. But recently when i change to a new device such as iphone and new ipad, i can’t access my old account which breaks my heart cause there’s so much gems and money in my old account also already high level. Please make some backup options or something so everytime we change to new device, we don’t have to start all over again. The game itself really enjoyable and fun to play.
Oh and maybe do some update!
