Too much bugs in the game

i wrote a report but got no response

i got rank 1 in the star rush event
but i keep losing the star so i no longer keep the rank

Don't play the game

You need absurd amount in-game money and time to progress which they made it to intentionally to have players spend real cash or watch so many ads to progress. Even that does not enough to progress. Don't waste you money or time on this.
